Compliance with Ethical Standards

: The results of this work are supported by two semi-structured interviews with the company’s transport manager. In these interviews, the interviewee answered a series of questions that the research team had prepared in advance. The participant of the research study voluntarily agreed and gave informed consent to participate in the interview. All data was anonymised before publication. The “Research Ethics Committee” of the University of Vigo approves research procedures based in anonymous questionnaires and interviews.
