Ethic Consideration

: In this study, participants were fully informed about the research purpose, methods, and potential risks and benefits. written consent was obtained after detailed discussions to ensure their understanding and agreement. Given the sensitive nature of hospice care, ethical considerations prioritized the dignity and comfort of severely disabled elderly patients involved in non-participant observations. All observations were conducted under the direct supervision of the responsible nurse to maintain participant comfort and confidentiality.

: To protect participant privacy, all data were anonymized and stored securely using encrypted devices. Access to the data was restricted to authorized team members only.
