To protect the privacy of those interviewed, all identifying information has been anonymized or replaced with pseudonyms. Participants were provided with an information letter prior to the interview—whether conducted online or in person—explaining the purpose of the research, how their data would be used and protected, and their to withdraw consent at any time.
