Ethical Considerations.

: All participants in the user tests completed a participation agreement that outlined the project’s objectives and explained how their data would be collected, used, and stored. The procedures implemented throughout the user study were designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To ensure transparency and ethical implementation of AI functionalities, the Assessment List for Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence (ALTAI) [ ] was utilized throughout the development of all tools in the AI-CODE project, including PromptED. All developed tools were also assessed by the AI-CODE Ethics Advisory Board [ ] to verify participant safety and adherence to ethical AI practices.
