Ethical Statement

: For the present study, informed consent was obtained from all the participants and due care was observed in order to secure information of the participants. As the study was part of a Masters dissertation project, ethical clearance was not obtained and moreover, there was no provision of ethical clearance for such projects. The Panjab University Institutional Ethics Committee was formed much later than the project was actually conducted and submitted. However, ethical consideration such as obtaining informed consent using a consent form in the vernacular language (for instance, Hindi in our study) and use of participant numbers in order to secure identity of the participants was taken into consideration. Similarly, care was observed in writing and reporting of the research findings.
