Compliance with Ethical Standards
: Before the commencement of the fieldwork of the study, approval was obtained from University Research Ethics Committee, Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD/FASS/ETHICS/2018/FEB-01). Due care was taken to ensure conformity to the code of ethics in ethnobiology (International Society of Ethnobiology ). In addition, all knowledge partners who participated in this study gave informed consent after they were provided information about the nature of the study, and assurance that the individual’s identity would not be revealed.
