: All experimental procedures using the CRS mouse model were approved by the Institutional animal care and use committee of Shanghai Jiaotong University (2019SQ046). 10–12 weeks Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) C57BL/6J mice (n=12) were obtained from Shanghai Laboratory animal center (Shanghai, China) and housed in a 12 h light/dark cycle with soft food and tap water provided continuously ad libitum.
