: Human iCCA tissues were procured from patients who underwent surgical resection of the bile duct at the Department of Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Wuhan, China). All patients received prior informed consent. Human sample research involved in this study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. All animal studies in this work were approved by the Laboratory Animal Welfare and Ethics Committee of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Ethical number: TJH-202206004). And the maximal subcutaneous tumor size was not exceeded the standard permitted by the ethics committee.
