: The use of clinical tissue specimens for this study was approved by the ethics committee of Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University (Guangzhou, China; no. NFEC-2021–108). All of the patients signed an informed consent form before their clinical materials were used for research purposes. The peripheral blood samples were collected from healthy researchers themselves and hepatitis B, tuberculosis, AIDS, tumor, fever, infectious diseases, or other diseases were excluded. Moreover, the animal experiments were performed in strict accordance with the recommendations in the NIH Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (National Academies Press, 2011). The protocol was approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University (no. NFYY-2019–1118).
