: The in vitro experiments were performed on C2C12 cell line (RRID: CVCL_0188) purchased from ATCC. The study on zebrafish embryos were performed according to the European Legislation for the Protection of Animals used for Scientific Purposes (Directive 2010/63/EU) and the Italian animal protection standards (Italian decree 26/2014).
