: Human normal skin tissues and hypertrophic scars were collected from patients at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital. Ethics approval (SH9H-2019-TK101-1) was granted by the Human Research Ethics Committee of Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all patients. C57BL/6 mice were purchased from Shanghai Jihui Laboratory Animal Care Co.,Ltd. The procedures for inducing mouse skin fibrosis were performed in accordance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (NRC 2011) and were approved by the Committee on the Ethics of Animal Experiments of Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (SH9H-2019A302-1).
