: This in vitro study was a collaboration between the Department of Orthodontics and the Department of Dental Biomaterials at the School of Dentistry, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (Tehran, Iran), from October 2022 to September 2023. Ethics approval was received from the local ethics committee (IR.SBMU.DRC.REC.1401.074). The research complied with the Declaration of Helsinki, and the findings were presented following the modified CONSORT checklist for reporting in vitro studies on dental materials. The teeth used in this study were extracted for orthodontic treatment indications unrelated to the research. Informed consent was obtained from all patients for using their extracted teeth in scientific research. All samples were anonymized, and no personal or identifying data were recorded.
