: This study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Approval No. 2019–04282, date of issue 10th of September 2019) and conducted in line with the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was waived due to the study’s register-based design. Data were sourced from a national quality register, not individual medical records, and are governed by the Swedish Patient Data Act. Patients are informed about inclusion in the register and have the right to opt out. Ethical review boards determine whether consent is required and if data must be anonymized; in this case, consent was not required.
