: This retrospective, cross-sectional study was conducted at Adana City Training and Research Hospital, a regional tertiary referral center that treated a high volume of trauma patients following the double earthquakes in southeastern Türkiye on February 6, 2023. The study protocol was approved by the institution’s Scientific Research Ethics Committee (approval number 167; date: September 11, 2024), in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
