: The multi-site study was approved by Swinburne University Human Research Ethics Committee (SUHREC: 2020/2615) for data collection in Australia and the UK, and Brigham Young University Human Research Ethics Committee (IRB2020-175) for the USA. This study has received an ethics waiver from University of Manchester as the team did not handle any identifiable data. Full written informed consent was obtained from participants at the time of the baseline assessment by a member of the research team. A copy of the consent form can be obtained by request from the corresponding author.
