: This retrospective chart review study was conducted with records of human subjects according to the 1964 Helsinki Declaration. The Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital Institutional Review Board approved this study (KATH IRB/AP/119/20) and did not require we obtain informed consent from patients. A separate human subjects’ approval (apart from the normal IRB approval) was not required for this study by the IRB board.
