: The YouthMap Study invitation described the purpose of the survey and confidentiality measures and provided assurances that participation was voluntary, and that consent could be withdrawn. The study was registered with the Danish Data Protection Agency. Danish law does not require an ethics evaluation or individual informed consent for register data to be used for research if data are used solely for statistical and scientific purposes [ ]. All study data were stored on secure servers at Statistics Denmark.
