: The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the American University of Beirut (AUB). All participating parents/legal guardians signed an informed; Children/adolescents aged 8 to 17 years (< 18 years) signed written assent forms. Data collectors were trained by the research team and completed the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI). Families who participated received a stationary kit as a token of appreciation.
