All data were register-based; therefore, according to the national regulations, this register study did not require a separate approval from the ethics committee nor no procedure to obtain informed consent. Permission (statement: THL/4629/6.02.00/2024) to use the data was received from THL. The data are stored, used, and destroyed in accordance with the instructions and policies of THL. The individual level data were processed by a researcher, who had received access rights from THL to confidential datasets.
