: The data employed in this review are sourced from one-to-one interviews with 15 professionals following the University of Galway Ethics Process. The research was approved by the University of Galway’s Research Ethics Committee (REC). The ethics protocol covered the outreach approach, which included contacting participants via email and LinkedIn. Informed consent was obtained from all participants via signed consent forms prior to their involvement in the structured interviews. This ethical process ensured compliance with GDPR regulations and ethical standards for research involving human participants.
