: The atmospheric contaminant transport full-order model was constructed using the Partial Differential Equation Toolbox in Matlab. The wildfire propagation full-order model was constructed using the Fortran code WRF-SFIRE. The operator interface reduced-order model for atmospheric contaminant transport was learned using a Matlab library developed by the authors. The atmospheric contaminant transport model discrepancy analysis was done using a Matlab library developed by the authors. The neural operator reduced-order model for wildfire propagation was trained using TensorFlow. The wildfire propagation model discrepancy analysis was done using a Python interface to the aforementioned Matlab library developed by the authors. The Matlab library for model discrepancy analysis is being prepared for public release, but at the time of this writing is not yet available online.
