Change Details: "The original online version of this article was revised: In the original publication of this article, Figure 6, which depicted the "Effect of Annealing on Ductility," contained an error. The figure incorrectly showed an increase in ductility with annealing. The correct interpretation, and the intended result, is that ductility actually decreased with annealing. Furthermore, the accompanying description in the text on section 3.5 Influence of annealing on mechanical properties contained inaccuracies related to the interpretation of the figure. The description was incorrectly given as "Ductility: Slightly increased, particularly at 45° raster angle, indicating reduced material brittleness" but should have been "Ductility: Slightly decreased, particularly at 45° raster angle, indicating increased material brittleness".
