: The project was funded by Big Fonden on an unconditional basis concerning how funds were used. The funders did not influence the selection of the research site or the research process. One of the authors was a non-executive board member of the bank during the study period. This author did not participate in the interviewing and had no access to the interview transcriptions. The coding was done by the other authors. Further, the interviewees were fully informed about how potential conflicts of interest were handled.
