Ethics approval was obtained from the Joint Chinese University of Hong Kong-New Territories East Cluster Clinical Research Committee CREC 2018.387-T. This RCT was registered at the Centre for Clinical Research and Biostatistics (Chi-CTR-1900021044) and the results was reported according to the Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials statement.
