: This study was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki of the World Medical Association. Parts performed with human tissues have been approved by the ethics committee at the faculty of medicine of the Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich, Germany. Parts performed with arteries did not require ethical approval or approval for animal experiments, as arteries were obtained from domestic animals, which were bred and sacrificed for meat production, i.e., from pig kidneys obtained from a local slaughterhouse via a butcher.
