: The study adheres to the World Medical Association’s Helsinki Declaration on the moral conduct of studies involving human beings and/or animal samples. Ethical approval for the study was granted by the Collegiate Committee for Medical Research Ethics, assigned with the project code CCMRE-phA-22-12. Subjects were requested to sign a consent form after being fully informed of the trial’s methodology and its approval, then clinically examined by the consultants to detect their eligibility for inclusion in the study and to rule out any abnormality.
