: All animal procedures were conducted following the ARRIVE guidelines and the ethical principles of Mansoura University Animal Care and Use Committee (MU-ACUC) (approval no. MU-ACUC (PHARM.PhD.23.01.8)). All animal housing and experiments were conducted in strict accordance with the institutional Guidelines for Care and Use of Laboratory Animals at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mansoura University, Egypt. All efforts were made to minimize the number of animals used and their suffering. Humane endpoints, such as euthanasia of severely affected animals, were applied in compliance with institutional guidelines.
