: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of Kashan University of Medical Sciences, Kashan, Iran, and was approved by its Ethics Committee (Approval Code IR.KAUMS.NUHEPM.REC.1397.065).
: Clinical specimens, including blood, urine, CSF, surgical wound swabs, and bronchoalveolar lavage, were collected from patients admitted to Shahid Beheshti Hospital, Kashan. Written informed consent for the use of these specimens in research was obtained from the patients’ legal guardians upon admission. All samples were anonymized, and patient confidentiality was strictly maintained throughout the study.
