: This study involves sensory analysis conducted by a trained panel and adheres to the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki of 1964 and its subsequent revisions. All subjects participating in the research signed informed consent forms. Participants were provided with an information sheet detailing the nature of their involvement, which clarified the research procedures, potential risks, and participant rights.
