: The study was designed and conducted in accordance with the ethical and scientific principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki, the Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines issued by the International Council for Harmonisation, as well as the GCP regulations and relevant provisions issued by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). The Ethics Committee of the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University approved the study protocol and all amendments (approval number:SL-YW2021-126).
