: This study is a retrospective study that does not involve patients' personal information, where all personally identifiable information (e.g., names, addresses, contact details) has been removed, retaining only anonymized medical information related to adverse drug reactions. Additionally, our study did not involve direct contact with, intervention in, or additional data collection from human subjects, and the data themselves cannot be traced back to specific individuals. The Ethics Committee of the third affiliated Hospital of CQMU has confirmed that no ethical approval was required.Although no ethics review was conducted, we strictly adhered to the following research ethics principles: using the data solely for statistical analysis of public health and drug safety; refraining from any attempts to re-identify individuals within the dataset; avoiding presentation of information in research reports that might indirectly reveal identities.
