: The serum collection was carried out following the rules of the Declaration of Helsinki. The human experiment was approved by the French Ethical Committee [Comité de Protection des Personnes (CPP17048 / N° IDRCB: 2017-A02543–50) of Saint-Germain-en-Laye - Ile de France XI]. The volunteers were informed of the objectives of the study and the potential risks of ingestion of collagen hydrolysate, such as diarrhea and abdominal pain.
