: Three mice, strain C57BL/6, male, aged 3 months, were obtained from the Central Animal Breeding House of Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, Shaanxi.
: Mice were anesthetized with intraperitoneal injection of chloral hydrate, and various tissues including brain and kidney were removed from each mouse and cut up in PBS buffer following internationally recognized guidelines.
