: In accordance with the “Laboratory animals-General requirements for animal experiment (Chinese National Standard GB/T 35823-2018)” requirements, the experimental protocols for animal immunization were approved on December 28, 2022, by the Animal Experiment Ethics Committee of the authors’ institute (Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences) in the form of an official Chinese document bearing an institutional seal. During the experiments, all animals received humane care and were treated in strict compliance with animal welfare regulations. Following the study, the animals were euthanized via carbon dioxide inhalation, and their tissues were used for the preparation of mAbs/pAbs.
