: Mouse brain tissues were purchased from SIPPR-BK (Shanghai, China). Animal experiments were carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for Animal Experimentation of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai, China) with the protocol approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of the institution. Vulvar squamous cell carcinoma samples were provided from Jiaxing Women and Children Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University. This study was conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki and Good Clinical Practice and approved by the ethics committees of the Jiaxing Women and Children Hospital affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University. Written informed consent was obtained from all patients.
