: The sensory evaluation in our study strictly and seriously followed the ethical and professional practice of our group regulation and was performed with the approval of the Ethics Committee of the University of Hohenheim (applied in April 2024, no case number available, and approved on 16th May 2024). All participants were fully and comprehensively informed about the course, purpose, and the relevant risks of the study. The author confirmed that all participants’ rights, privacy, and voluntariness were protected during the research. All participants agreed in writing to participate voluntarily in the sensory analysis and had the right to withdraw from the study at any time.
