: The sensory analysis conducted in this study adhered to the principles outlined in the Helsinki Declaration ensuring the protection, health, and rights of all participants. All ingredients used were commercially available and food-grade, and the technologies applied were typical of standard beer production processes, ensuring the products were safe for consumption. Additionally, the sensory analysis did not involve any health-related interventions. As such, ethical approval was not required under the ethical guidelines for non-interventional consumer research. The sensory evaluation was conducted with panelists of legal drinking age. Participants were informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences. No personal or sensitive data was collected or released without participants’ knowledge. The study followed appropriate protocols to protect the rights and privacy of all participants.
