: Wheat beer is a typically consumed beverage and their sensory evaluation does not require ethical permission. Appropriate protocols for protecting the rights and privacy of all participants in the sensory analysis were utilized during the execution of the research. All participants were fully and comprehensively informed about the course, purpose, and the relevant risks of the study. All participants agreed in writing to participate voluntarily in the sensory analysis and had the right to withdraw from the study at any time.
