: Ethical approval was obtained from the University of Huddersfield Ethics Committee (Ref No. SAS-SREIC 21.7.21-7). In addition, Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation Trust (CHFT) granted data access for the study following training and compliance with Information Governance (IG) protocols. The Health Informatics Service at the CHFT Hospitals facilitated data extraction from the EHR in a de-identified manner and was presented in the same way. However, due to anonymised nature of the data and retrospective study design, taking informed consent was not possible.
