: This research was conducted according to the guidelines of good scientific practice of the Hanover Medical School ( ) and officially registered as doctoral thesis project for Julia Maria Rotter. The Hanover Medical School follows the guidelines of the German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, DFG). No personal data was collected in the survey, as no conclusions can be drawn about a specific person by giving information on the federal state in which the physician works, the specialization and the work setting. The ethics committee of the Hanover Medical School was contacted. They confirmed that anonymous surveys are not subject to consultation, as no personal data is processed.
