: All the procedures performed in the study involving human participants were in accordance with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Local ethical approval was not mandatory for this retrospective analysis of data. Prior to the operations, the patients were informed that the procedure will be based on a well-known surgical procedure we have been doing for years with a minor modification (i.e., using transillumination) that helps the surgeon with findings of vital components and about the potential consequences of the procedure, including probable surgical scars, wound healing problems, some degree of relapse, and possible revision surgery.
