: Before obtaining informed consent, the study’s benefits, drawbacks, and potential risks were thoroughly explained to all participants. Each participant reviewed the consent form and signed it, confirming their understanding of the study procedures. Participation was entirely voluntary and free of charge. Participants were assured that they fully understood the study’s objectives, and the predetermined exit criteria were strictly followed. The trial would be discontinued if serious complications occurred in three participants at the injury site during the study. Throughout data collection and result reporting, patient identities and any information that could compromise their privacy were strictly protected.
