: No ethics permission has been obtained as data was gathered in a nation under wartime conditions being invaded by a foreign aggressor and under a state of emergency. This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
: The military surgeons at the clinics have guaranteed that data were anonymised without any risk of identification. They provided the images with permission to use in research as part of our collaboration with the aim of saving human lives. Due to the retrospective and de-identified nature of the data, informed consent was waived.
