: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.As the study was retrospective, we received a full waiver of HIPAA Authorization for the use and disclosure of protected health information for studies involving minimal risk to the privacy of individuals. The human ethics and consent to participate were therefore not applicable. The study was approved by the hospital’s official internal review board (IRB).
