: The Ethics Committee of The College of Basic Medical Sciences of Jilin University approved the mouse experiments in this article with the number of 2018-50. All applicable international, national, and/or institutional guideline for the care and use of animals were followed. The use of the remaining human nasopharyngeal epithelial cells after the routine clinical diagnostic test was approved by the Ethics Committee of The First Hospital of Jilin University with the number of 2016-415. The parents of the child patients agreed to participation in this study. All of the participants signed informed consent forms and their privacy rights were always observed.
