: All specimens were obtained following a protocol approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mansoura University, under ethical code 2020−67. Participation consent was not required for this study because the isolates utilized were sourced from existing clinical collections routinely gathered as part of the laboratory procedures of university hospitals.
