: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the local Institutional Ethics Committee (No 11/2024/47631027). All procedures involving human participants were performed in compliance with relevant national and institutional ethical standards and guidelines. Written informed consent was obtained from all patients included in the study, authorizing the use of their clinical and imaging data for research purposes. This consent was collected at the time of admission, as part of the routine protocol in the management of work-related injuries.
