: This research only consists in pooling and making a statistical analysis of the anonymised data of the patients who gave their explicit written consent in this aim. As this study implies no intervention on the patient, the Regulatory Department of ANSM (the French national Medicine Agency) stated, according to Article 3 of the French “Code de la Santé Publique” (R.1121-1), that it is performed according to ethics, without necessity to refer to any other Ethics Committee.
