: All patients have given written general consent for a retrospective use of their data and for the publication of the results.
: The whole study was proceeded respecting the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. A general consent from CHUV was approved by each patient participating in this study agreeing a retrospective use of their images for clinical research.
