: The study was performed in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments.According to the French ethics and regulatory law (public health code) for retrospective studies, the exploitation of usual care data is covered by reference methodology of the French National Commission for Informatics and Liberties (CNIL). This study is covered by the reference methodology 004. All patients were informed of the protocol and of the use of their data, which they did not oppose. This study was approved by the Toulouse University Hospital review board.
